酬勞差很大 台星不會出第二個范爺

大陸藝人范冰冰5月被舉報以「陰陽合同」逃漏稅，3日大陸稅務調查出爐，補稅加罰款破40億新台幣。「陰陽合同」和「限酬令」是否會波及在陸發展台星？以指標人物霍建華來說，除了潔身自愛，他的片酬其實無外傳高，且片酬的「總價」高，並不代表「均價」高。在政經條件影響下，可以肯定，台星不會出現第二個范冰冰。
霍建華成指標 均價不算高
在大陸深耕的台星不計其數，陳喬恩曾被傳片酬達6000萬元（人民幣，下同），張鈞甯、趙又廷近年也在大陸站穩腳步，目標最顯著的霍建華，曾被傳拍攝古裝劇《如懿傳》的片酬達6000萬元。
一位遊走兩岸多年的資深製片人表示，台星早以工作室開發票，且在異鄉工作更不敢違法，范冰冰會成為「指標性人物」是因真的賺太多，但台星不會有這個問題。
該製片人認為，霍建華14年前到大陸拍戲，默默耕耘多年，直到3年前拍《花千骨》才暴紅，人氣雖夯，但片酬不至於破億，《如懿傳》會成眾矢之的，除了宮鬥劇因素，主要是資方宣傳過了頭，「周迅被傳9000萬元，但大家只看總價沒看均價，其實以90集平均算下來，1集大約100萬元，也不算太『高貴』。」
卡位愈來愈難 限酬限不到
賺很大的台星屈指可數，實際上也不如外界想像得好賺，台星裡就有「打醬油」的跟組演員，戲分少、台詞少，一檔戲花3個月拍攝，但片酬可能只有3、5萬元。又比如董至成前陣子到大陸發展，拍網路大電影的能見度、知名度、片酬很有限。該製片人說，兩岸差距已銜接不上，加上口條不同，台星想卡位愈來愈難、也愈來愈難混了。
一名經紀人表示，除了幾位頂尖藝人，大部分台灣藝人片酬都沒有高到需要簽陰陽合同，大陸當局所謂限酬令，主要對象也是那種演1、2部戲就暴紅、漫天亂開價的小鮮肉，台星大多沒有這些困擾；何況有些所謂天價片酬，不見得真是如此天價，可能只是被炒作出來，會被限酬令影響或簽陰陽合同者，只有少數一些「頂級」藝人。
台北演藝經紀文化交流協會創會理事長王祥基表示，對大陸限酬令抱持樂觀看法，認為此政令對綜藝節目、戲劇製作團隊有幫助，一下就能節省很多成本，另一方面，明星雖然無法一次拿到以往天價酬勞，但還是可分次收益。他認為限酬令是測風向，明星不會真的掉價，「最終還是要回歸市場機制，價碼還是要由觀眾決定」。
